This page explains how to reach the operator of clusterrush.co and what happens when you send a message or report content. These details apply to any visitor submitting inquiries, feedback, issue reports, or administrative notices.

Notices and requests about this site can be sent to contact [at] clusterrush [dot] co. That mailbox exists and is monitored to receive correspondence from visitors, parents, and rights holders.
Contact Form Submissions and Handling
When you send a message through the on-site contact form, the form stores the name, email address, subject, and message text you submit. It also records your IP address and browser user-agent string. These records are used to rate-limit submissions to 3 messages per hour and to block abusive senders. Messages are readable by site administrators and are kept until manually deleted.
Reporting Game Issues or Copyright Concerns
Every game page includes a report form. When you submit a report, it stores a reason chosen from a fixed list (including copyright), the written description, your IP address, and a timestamp. An email address is stored only if you choose to provide one. Submissions are limited by IP address to three reports per item per day. Each submitted report is assigned a status in the site administration, where it is marked reviewed, resolved, or dismissed, recording which administrator handled it and when.
Public Game Comments
Visitors can leave comments on game pages without creating an account. Submitting a comment stores the commenter name, an optional email address, the comment text, the IP address, and the browser user-agent string. Comments are not deleted on an automated schedule: a comment remains visible until removed, and comments associated with a specific title are deleted if that game is deleted.
Third-Party Games and Content Inquiries
The site is dedicated to the browser game Cluster Rush, which runs on its homepage, alongside a small number of related games in 1 published category: Platformer. All games run directly in your browser without accounts, downloads, or plugins, and titles that stop working properly are deactivated. This site lists and embeds these games from third-party providers using iframes; it did not build, develop, or publish any of them. Those external providers set their own cookies and receive visitor IP addresses outside of our control.
Technical Configuration and Browser Controls
The site uses cookies to function, including an internal session cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and replaces its identifier every 30 minutes. Third-party services, such as Google Analytics for measuring traffic or Google AdSense for serving advertisements, may set cookies or similar identifiers under their own policies. Visitors can configure browser settings or privacy extensions to manage cookies and scripts. Some site features, advertisements, analytics or embedded games may behave differently when browser storage or third-party scripts are restricted.
